How long does it take?
Your conversation with Jen takes about 30 to 45 minutes. Team members take 10 to 25 minutes each. Nobody has to do it in one go: every link remembers exactly where they stopped.
Do I have to type?
No. Tap the microphone and talk. Jen turns what you say into text, you check it, and it is sent. You can also type, or drop in files like a price list or a process document.
Will my team be honest?
They are told up front how their answers are used. What they say about how the work gets done shapes the plan. Anything about frustrations reaches you only as a theme across the team, without names.
Are you going to sell me software?
No. The report is vendor-neutral. It describes the kind of tool that fits each opportunity, so you can choose your own.
What if someone on my team never finishes?
Jen sends them a couple of gentle reminders. If you do not want to wait, you can generate your report from your dashboard as soon as your own conversation is done.
Where does my data go?
Your answers are stored privately and processed by Anthropic and Cloudflare under commercial terms, which do not allow them to be used to train public AI models. Voice recordings are turned into text and not kept.
